This form is to request an in-person tour of our York campus. The tour does not include our accommodation sites or Haxby Road Sports Park.
Our campus tours are 1 to 1 experiences for prospective students and their families, led by a Student Ambassador. This is a unique opportunity to explore the campus with someone who can share real, first-hand insights tailored to your interests.
As each tour is individually scheduled, we kindly ask that you let us know if your plans change. Late cancellations or no-shows can be challenging, as we still organise the tours and pay our ambassadors. Thank you for helping us make these visits meaningful and efficient.
Your booking is not complete until you receive a confirmation from us. This is not instant and will follow as soon as possible.
Please note, campus tours need to be booked at least 48 hours in advance to allow for staffing.
